National: Dragonfly Forest

Dragonfly Forest is an organization dedicated to providing a safe, accessible, and fun overnight camp experience for all children with medical needs. They serve children with autism, 22q11.2 deletion syndrome, sickle cell disease, hemophilia, and persistent asthma.

Dragonfly Forest aims to promote a culture of inclusion, while fostering confidence and independence in each of our campers.

Delta Epsilon Mu aims to send at least one child to camp through our philanthropic efforts.

Psi Chapter: IMD Guest House

Our primary goal at DEM Psi Chapter is always to give back to our community and we are proud to amplify our philanthropic efforts with IMD Guest House. IMD Guest House works to provide comfortable, affordable, temporary lodging for patients and their loved ones who travel to Chicago for medical treatment, as well as veterans receiving treatment at the Road Home Program at Rush. No families are turned away regardless of pay.

In our history of working with IMD Guest House, we at Psi Chapter have created laundry kits, baked goods, and get-well cards for the residents at IMD Guest House.

In 2020, DEM Psi Chapter had the honor of being recognized as Group Volunteer of the Year by IMD Guest House.
